1. We reserve the right NOT to offer our services to clients that are not willing to comply with our policy.

2. Booking is essential.

3. Due to the nature of our business (working with kids), there is a huge likelihood that appointments may run over therefore impacting the next appointment, we urge parents to avoid booking appointments if they have other commitments to avoid disappointment.

4. Although we do our best to accommodate every child, we reserve the right to stop work on kids with behavioural issues (i.e. throwing tantrums, hysterical cries, kicking, screaming, swearing etc)

5. All Hairstyles include hair wash.

6. Hairpiece(fibre), beads & bows included only on hairstyles shown, additional beads or bows will be charged separately.

7. You welcome to bring your own products/hairpiece(fibre) however this does not change the price.

8. Additional R30 will be charged for thinner cornrow lines.

9. Additional R50 will be charged for hair shorter than 3cm

10. We charge for undoing/unplaiting whether half unplaiting/undone or full head. Half unplaited hair will be charged accordingly.

11. We recommend simple and quick hairstyles for first time clients and children under 3 years old.

12. We have a 7-day redo policy. If the hair is too tight, falling off or loose we will redo.
Client must come for a redo within 7 days from the day the complaint is laid. No redo after the 7-day window period.
The redo will be for the exact hairstyle.

13. We DO NOT re-do hair under the following conditions:
Hair is very short; hairstyle is not guaranteed to last.
Overly processed hair, hairstyle is not guaranteed to last.
Hair with patches or residing hairline, hairstyle not guaranteed to last.

14. Parents are not allowed to sit on the kiddie chairs, adult chairs are provided.

15. One parent per child/children for the salon visit.
